"The scenery of the Chatham Islands is spectacular and well worth the wait. We werent expecting the sunshine and we were amazed at how clear the sea water was. Our host and hostess were marvellous, right from the outset. The accommodation is in a large, comfortable, clean and delightful homestay that is comparable with anywhere else that we have stayed around the Pacific. Eddie and Lynn entertained us in the evenings with some stories about the history and characters of the Chathams, although I am sure that the fish dont really get 'that' big down there! The homestyle meals were delicious and I'm sure that Lynn could teach those TV chefs a thing or two. We happily recommend Black Robin Homestays as the place to stay on the Chatham Islands "
